Each teepee and bed is about 4.5 ft by 6 ft, with a twin sized mattress for each teepee. We will need about 16 ft by 24 ft of free space, depending on the number of teepees rented. Please contact us is you are unsure whether you have enough space.

Items are thoroughly cleaned  and disinfected after each sleepover.  Laundry will be serviced and tents, pillows and hard surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant sprays.

Please have the area we are setting up smoke and pet free and as clean as possible. For safety and convenience, we ask that you move as much furniture from the space as possible. The more space and less furniture, the better!

We will! The owner and a team member assistant will set up your party and will return the next day to tear it down.

We love pets, but please keep them off the teepees to prevent them from puncturing the air mattresses.

$100 security deposit (non-refundable and transferrable) is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due at the date noted on the invoice. $75 damage deposit (refundable upon inspection of inventory)

A damage deposit is a refundable fee that is returned after the final inspection of rental equipment. If any damages are accrued during rental, an itemized list will be provided, summarizing the damage and charges. Any amount of the damage deposit fees that are left over will be refunded to the customer. The damage deposit is due with the final payment.

The rental period is typically about 24 hours. This will vary depending upon our set up and tear down arrangement.

Of course! You may keep the teepees for an additional night for a fee of $40 per teepee. You can extend your party an extra day or two, subject to inventory availability and booking calendar.

Things come up! For this reason, parties can be rescheduled for a later date (subject to availability). However, the security deposit is non-refundable, but is transferrable. If the party must be cancelled after the final fees have been paid they are only transferrable.
